![]() ![]() The issue being experienced by the OP however is more likely a bug that the devs have been attempting to fix in last few patches. This means the function is working more on the volume of the object in question with a calculation performed to balance out the other measurements of object being changed. Typically you are looking at the mass property when you see the number of Jupiter's displayed in the read out. Unless you intentionally did hit the radius option and manipulated it, this is not usually the case in the game. Uatu however makes the claim that an object that is in the game is being upped by it's radius alone. But on Google theres even a universe sandbox 3 so I dont understand it I want the latest one the best one. I believe this is the point where the game also replaces a planet with a star in the game and registers as a cold red dwarf. On YouTube people are playing universe sandbox 2 but I cant find it on Steam theres only universe sandbox which I presume is the first one. We have many updates and improvements planned. In development for 3 years, it features improved gravity physics, collisions, climate, material compositions, stellar evolution, and supernovas. ![]() The amount of mass that you would need to get nuclear fusion going in a brown dwarf would put you in the ballpark of about 75x the mass of jupiter. Universe Sandbox ² is a complete rewrite of the original. However if you measure by total mass as Delta put forward the sun is more like 1000x larger than jupiter is. This measure is probably what Uatu is referencing in their post Jupter's mean radius is about 10 times smaller than the sun Originally posted by Infinitum Della:Uhh, the sun is more like 300 times the mass of jupiter. ![]()
